So I completely stole the idea of posting recipes from my friend Tammie who I recently reconnected with on Facebook. I think it is a great idea, and people ask me for my recipes all the time, so why not just direct them here instead of writing them out!
I will appologize, I am not a precise cook by any stretch. I dash and dab as I go, and all measurements I post are guesses. (think in the style of the great Rachel Ray).
I hope to post some good ideas you may find useful. Most everything I do in the kitchen is healthy and low fat and generally easy. I have two small children and run a business, so time is limited to say the least. Except for special "weekend" recipes most everything you find here is easy enough to do on a school night.
My goal is to turn this into a cookbook someday to share with family and friends.
